Fred Miller Jr. of Rolling Fork, Mississippi. He has served the Bank of Anguilla for the past 50 years. Mr. Miller is a Mississippi Delta native. Fred graduated from Louisiana State University in 1971. He is a graduate from both the Mississippi School of Banking at Ole Miss and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at LSU.
Mr. Miller began work at the Bank of Anguilla in Sharkey County on July 1, 1971 and has served in many capacities during his time there. He is the former President and Chairman of the Board and he is currently a member of the Board of Directors.
He is the elected director from Mississippi on the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas Board of Directors, and is the current Chairman elect of the Board. Mr. Miller serves as chairman of the nonprofit Mississippi’s Lower Delta Partnership, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Hope Enterprise Corporation, a large not for profit in Jackson, Mississippi.
Mr. Miller is married to Leslie Kline Miller. They have 3 children, Josh, Karen, and Eric, along with 5 grandchildren.
Fred and Leslie have made Sharkey County their home for the past 50+ years.
